FC Ifeanyiubah coach, Yaw Preko, has stated that picking up points at this stage in the Nigeria Professional Football League is what matters most.
The former Ghanaian international believes that his team can pick as many points in their last five matches in the 2016/17 NPFL season and hopefully make their dream of picking up a continental slot a reality.
"At this stage of the competition it's all about the three points," Preko told Footyalert
"Getting a win is very important. We are playing to secure a continental slot and that's the more reason why points is what matters at this stage of the league.
"There are five important matches left this season, that's 15 points up for grabs. To make our dream of playing on the continent come true, we've got to pick up as many points as we can in the last five matches.
"At this stage, we have to make the most of the opportunities in the last five matches.
The Nnewi outfit are fifth on the league table with 50 points from 33 matches.
