NNWL Unveil Plans For 2015 League Season, Set Kick-off Date

The Nigeria Nationwide League board (NNWL) have released plans for the commencement of the 2015 league season.

In a letter from the NNWL and signed by the secretary, Olushola Ogunnowo, dates for inspection of stadia, club registration, annual general meeting, unveiling of the league sponsors, pre-season tourney and commencement of all the three divisions in the NNWL.

The Nationwide League board saddled with the responsibility of
managing the third forth and fifth level of football league in Nigeria has stated that NNWL div one will start on the 5th of March - 17th July 2015 while both division two and three will commence on the 19th March- 3rd July 2015, 19th-25th April 2015 respectively. The play-off to the division three is on the 7th-13th June 2015.

The NNWL will unveil the league sponsor on the 23rd of January 2015 during its annual general meeting. The inspection of stadia will commence on the 8th - 11th of January 2015 while the pre-season tournament is slated for 25th of January 2015.

Lagos- COD United FC, My People FC, Stationery Stores FC, Teslim Thurnder Balogun FC.

Osun State- Ajiroba Ooni, Ila-Oragun

Oyo State- Afijio United FC

Ondo State- Peace Maker FC, Rising Stars Academy, Ikare United

Ekiti- Ekiti United

Rivers State- Gokana FC

Benue State- Apa United, D'Iorfa FC Academy

Imo State- Bussdor FC

Cross River- Unicem Rovers

Akwa Ibom- Ibom Youth FC
