    Two time African champions, Enyimba Int'l of Aba are match ready for Sunday CAF Champions League primilary round second leg fixture against Buffles du Borgu of Benin Republic.

    The 2014 Federation Cup champions, Enyimba held their training session on Saturday morning at 10am local time inside the Stade de L'amitié and the training lasted for an hour and half.
    Speaking after his team's training, the team captain, Chinedu Udoji expressed confidence that the People's Elephant triumph on Sunday. 


    "We have been in camp for a couple of days, played test games which has helped our level of fitness and increased the team's confidence.

    "The stadium looks good, with lush green grass just like what we have in Aba. We are ready, though we must be aware of our host venom ," Udoji said.

    Enyimba won the first leg in Aba 3-0 with from Daniel Etor, Kingsley Sokari and Peter Onyekachi and that has  put the Elephant in vantage piont going into the second leg. 

    "The result in Aba doesn't count much in this game, we need to play with all strength and passion for the whole duration. We need to be focus and concentrate, football sometimes can be funny. We have moved past the first leg result, the game today (Sunday) will decided our fate.

    "We need the support of our fans back home, they should believe we have done it. We understand the task ahead of us, and we are optimistic of a positive result from this game that will ensure our progress to the next round," he said.

    The match will be played at Stade de L'amitié, Contonu at 4pm local time, same time with Nigeria. 

    According to French translation, L'amitie means "Friendship".  The 35,000 capacity stadium can be called Friendship stadium. It is a Multi-purpose stadium in Cotonou, Benin Republic and was opened in 1982.
