Heartland FC Captain Chinedu Efugh believes his team are capable of ending Kano Pillars unbeaten record at home as they square up against each other in a Match Day 21 NPFL Fixture at the Sani Abacha Stadium Kano.
" Well we are looking up to breaking the jinx of Kano Pillars not losing at Kano, that's just our major target" Efugh told Footyalert
"We are capable of doing it because i believe the referees are really doing a good job, its not like before where anytime you go for an away match you just have it at the back of your mind that you are going to lose, but this time around the referees are really doing a good job, i just pray for them to keep the tempo that way," Efugh affirmed
The Skipper also said that they are unfazed by Kano Pillars attacking threat
"We are taking every game to be thesame, to me i take Kano Pillars to be like any other game, not looking at Gambo Mohammed, Rabiu Ali. If you are talking about two players, what about the others? We have eleven players in the pitch, so you have to concentrate on the whole players because everybody is involve in the game, so we are going to be committed and stay focused on the game, playing against Eleven and not just two or three of them" Efugh concluded
