Nigeria international, John Ogu did something special after his Israeli club, Hapoel Be'er Sheva hit visitors, Maccabi Petah Tikva 5-2 at their home ground, Arthur Vesermil Stadium.
Though another Nigerian, Anthony Nwakaeme who got his second start of the season got a brace in the match but that wasn't the biggest thing on the night. Super Eagles midfielder, Ogu who couldn't hide his joy after the game took to social media to express how he felt after he proposed to his girl friend,
John Ogu and his team mates immediately after the match stayed back in the pitch while the Nigerian knelt down in front of his girlfriend but the celebration couldn't be held back as his team mate jumped up continuously in a joyous mood as they watch Ogu proposed to his girlfriend.
Ogu wrote on his Instagram page: Thank you God, Great result today and above all she said Yes!!! God bless the day I met you my love. @Missverachi you are the best.
Ogundidnt stop there, he also wrote on Twitter: "Thank you great God. Great result and above all she said YES!!!!,"
