MFM striker, Stephen Odey has revealed that he is not under pressure to equal or break the all time highest goals record in the Nigeria Professional Football League
Enyimba’s captain, Mfon Udoh scored 23 goals in the 2013/2014 season and it looks more like that record may be equaled or broken this term but Odey who is on 18 goals after week 31 in the NPFL isn't bothered about setting a new record.
"As far as I'm concerned the goals will continue to come,"Odey told Footyalert
"I'm not under any kind of pressure instead I want to enjoy playing football and also deliver by scoring goals for my club, MFM FC.
"I've heard talks about people predicting the number of goals I'll score this season but as for me, I believe that one will achieve that which he's destined for.

"There are still a couple of matches till the end of this season and that simply means anything is possible.
"I respect Mfon Udoh who has been in the game before me, to have scored 23 goals in a season is huge. I'm younger and can still do better," Odey stated.
