Remo Stars coach, Fatai Osho has vowed that the Sky Blue Stars will fight till end after the 2-0 loss away to Kano Pillars on match day 31 in the Nigeria Professional Football Legaue on Sunday at the Sani Abacha stadium.
The Sagamu outfit who looked destined for the lower league seem to still have some sort of hope as Osho stated that the NPFL debutante will continue to fight till the last day.
"Regardless of what the situation may look like, Remo Stars will fight till the end," Osho told Footyalert
"It's not easy playing with this crop of players, the NPFL is of quality and for any body to work and succeed at this level you have recruit the players yourself and work on them.
"I am not taking anything away from those players, this is first time most of my boys are playing at this level. We had some of our U19 boys in the senior team.
"Though we flew to Kano but the stress was still there because we came into Kano like two hours to the game.
"Until we are mathematically out, we shall continue to fight. I think we played below average against Kano Pillars, the boys are far better than this but I think they looked tired.
"We had to change tactics in the second half, it was like a damage control, we left the play to Kano Pillars and tried to contain them if not, it would have been a complete disaster.
Remo Stars sit 20th on the NPFL table with 29 points from 31 matches.
