Former Lagos State FA Cup Champions C.O.D United have began an extensive search for new coaches to join its technical team ahead of new challenge next season.
The swirling rumors of its search for a new coach was confirmed when it placed an advert in one of Nigeria's biggest newspapers, The

Some of the listed criteria included good computer skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, a degree from a reputable tertiary institution and 3 to 5 years of coaching experience. Perhaps with an eye on further sharpening its focus on youth development, only coaches not older than 35 years have been asked to apply.
A senior official of the club confirmed the club's search for a new manager."Yes we are looking for a new coach. A young, dynamic and educated manager who has cutting edge skills and is very passionate about identifying and developing talent. We are entering a new phase as a football club and we want coaches who are thinking in refreshing ways and innovative in their approach to the game.
"We know there are a few good young managers out there who need a chance and we always give people a chance. We have seen how managers like
Mourinho, Guardiola and Diego Simeone emerged in recent years and pushing the envelope in terms of what is possible. That's what we are looking to
do here.
C.O.D United will be campaigning in the nationwide league next season.
