DR Congo club TP Mazembe have announced the exit of French coach, Thierry Froger after the Ravens couldn’t make the group stage of the 2017 Caf Champions League.
According to the five time African Champions, Mazembe in a statement, Froger, just two months into his one-year deal has left the club by mutual consent after the Lubumbashi outfit failed to secure a spot in the money spinning group stage of the Caf Champions League.
The statement reads: “The club and the coach decided to split-up by mutual agreement after observing that the goal of qualifying for the CAF Champions League group phase was not reached,”
