The leadership of the premier league Club Owners Association said the group welcomed the intervention by the Nation soccer authority, the NFF in resolving the tenure crisis between the clubs and the LMC, just as they restated that there were no crisis between the body and the LMC as being spread in the media.
Acting Secretary of the club Owners Alloy chukwuemeka told Sports writers at the Glass house office of the NFF Wuse Abuja Thursday that his Association has received a letter from the NFF in reply to their last communiqué and were ready to act as directed by the soccer house. He however re-emphasised that the club Owners never sacked the LMC but only made reference to the NFF terms of reference which was handed to the LMC as it concerned one season tenure as well as issues of election as contained therein
