  • Dolphins FC Query Emeka Atuloma

    The management of Port Harcourt based team, Dolphins FC have queried the actions of their striker, Emeka Atuloma.

    Atuloma was queried for granting an interview and his continued absence in training which the management termed embarrassing.

    Emeka Atuloma had filed a complaint dated May 25, 2015, against his employers citing non-payment of his salary since the commencement of the 2014/15 season which kicked off on March 8 and the
    Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) organizers League Management Company (LMC)  therefore charged Dolphins FC with breach of contract with the complainant player.

    Though players of Dolphins FC have been paid salaries owed them a couple of days before the team picked a point in Kano against Kano Pillars.

    The query signed by the club's secretary, Ahmed Abdulrahman reads: " The management has received with rude shock the interview you granted Sporting Life publication of June 20,2015 and views your action as public embarrassment to the club"

    "Recall that this matter is before the arbitration committee of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). Your actions is sub-judice as the panel is yet to conclude with the matter"

    "We also noticed that you have refused to attend trainings and participate in matches without any permission from the management" 

    "Could you please explain in writing within 48hours why disciplinary actions shouldn't be taken against you for the above reasons".
