Italian Serie A club Como has reached an agreement with Real Madrid to sign Argentine midfielder Nico Páz on a permanent transfer.
The deal includes a fixed fee of €6 million, with Real Madrid retaining a 50% sell-on clause for any future sale of the player.
Páz has signed a long-term contract with Como, marking a significant boost for the Italian side.
The move was reportedly driven by former Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who identified Páz as a priority target.
In addition to the transfer fee and sell-on clause, Real Madrid has also secured a buy-back option as part of the agreement.
