Speaking at the Christmas “Carol of nine lessons and declaration” organized by the
church to herald Christmas celebrations, Most Senior Apostle Alex Ogundipe, urged Nigerians to profess positives towards the Super Eagles and do away with negatives and insists the year 2015 will bring good tidings to Nigeria football.

“For Nigeria, it might look as if we are living in the shadow of death, don’t focus on the negatives, focus on the option that is available which is Christ the only son of God, that if you know him, you will not be engulfed by the current crisis.

If we believe and place our hopes on the father through Jesus Christ, our football will be connected and I prophesy that Nigeria football will not fall apart in 2015, let us show our love by what we do, God showed his love by giving us Jesus Christ.

Senior Apostle Alex Ogundipe further warns football administrators to desist from activities that are capable of creating confusions, while once again declaring that God is interested in Nigeria football.

“To the football administrators, it is only the power of God that can get a man into any position and that God is on the throne for Nigeria. Football administrators did not create Nigeria, somebody created Nigeria and that person is still on the throne working in favor of this country, every evil skim will fail, you’ll be surprised and God will enthrone a government of his choice.”

The carol service also features songs renditions in different languages, bible passages, video documentaries and performances by guest artistes and was witnessed by dignitaries that includes the Director General, NTA, Mr Sola Omole, Managing Director DAAR Communication, Mrs Tosin Dokpesi, General James Olufemi Alaga (Rtd), SA. Legal to Minister of Power, Barister Anita Otubu, Director, PRS, NAFDAC, Dr Samson Adebayo, Deputy Director, Finance, Ministry of Power, Mr Mathew Dada, Deputy Editor Nations Newspapers, Mr Yomi Odunuga, DAAR Communication’s Mr Odion Bello, CEO Centrifuge IT Solutions, Engr.
