Ife agog for Shooting/Ajiroba coronation tie

As Oba Ogunwusi confirms kick off

The city of Ile-Ife is agog as Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan battle Ajiroba Ooni Football Club of Ile-Ife in a top notch friendly match for the coronation activities in honour of the new Ooni of Ile-Ife, His Imperial Majesty Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi.

The match will hold at the Obafemi Awolowo University Sports Complex tomorrow(Saturday) by 9.am and there is a lot to play for as Shooting Stars managed a 2-1 win over Ajiroba Ooni when they met a forth night ago in Ibadan.

Ajiroba Ooni FC, a Nationwide League One side, will be seeking for a revenge at their home ground in a battle of titans.

The atmosphere will be enlivened with sports and entertainment as football fans are expected to have exciting moments as Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, will actually do the kick off before the match will begin.

“Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has promised to be present on Saturday to do the traditional kick off,” the release reads.

The match will be attended by Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi, Chief Adegboyega Onigbinde, Ademola Adeshina, Felix Owolabi, Otunba Sola Rasaq Mustapha, and other sports dignitaries.
