Warri Wolves midfielder, Ichull Lordson has insisted that he and his team mate are confident of beating Enyimba on Wednesday when the two teams clash in a Nigeria Premier League (NPL) rescheduled game at the Warri City Stadium.
Ichull has said that
he is satisfied with the way the team is playing at the moment despite losing one of their key matches to Kano Pillars last week Wednesday.
He stated that they have improved with each game and they are ready for the People's Elephant.
"I expect nothing short of victory on Wednesday against Enyimba," he said.
"I believe we have started the season on a good note even though we lost one of our key games in Kano to Pillars, we have played three games in the league so far and we manage to gather six points and I think is somewhat commendable.
"My teammates are in high spirit going into this encounter, we are aware that an outright victory in this game will catapult us to the second spot on the log and we are battle ready to add salt to Enyimba's injury.
"Enyimba have got quality players in their squad, they are not a push over, although they are currently struggling in the league and we are ready to take the advantage over them,"he concluded.
The former Abubarka Bukola Sariki Football Club (ABS FC) star was one of the goal scorers in the match against Enyimba last season when the Ilorin-based side thumped Enyimba 3-0.
