    Former Nembe City Keeper, Japhet Happy To Face Former Club.

    Nigeria Premier League side Nembe City will host their city rivals Bayelsa United in a week 6 Premier league fixtures today at Omoku but the former  Kala Ekulema Boys goal keeper, Japhet Opubo has said he is delighted to face is former team mates at Nembe City.

    The derby won't be played at the
    Samson Siasia stadium, Yenegoa (the home ground both clubs share)  because it's under construction but Nembe City have chosen Krisdera Hotel stadium, Omoku to host their home games while. Bayelsa United play their home games at the Sapele township stadium.

    Japhet told Footyalert in a chat that Bayelsa United is targeting the maximum point or at least a point from the derby that will be played out side of Bayelsa today.

    "I feel very happy to play against my former team in in today's game, because I miss them so much"

    " I just pray the game should go the way God wants it because I can't write them off  but I still ask God for a point so that we won't go back home empty handed," said Japhet.

    Nembe City who debut in the Premier League last season won by a lone goal when they met with Bayelsa United and lost 2:0 In the return leg last season.

    The private owned club, Nembe City are rock bottom on the log with no points after two games.
