    Adejare Adeniyi Prime’s Magnificent Hero
    Saves Omoluabi Giants in 4 penalties Shootout

     In an unbelievably bold progress in the Federation Cup, Adejare Adeniyi, Prime’s hero as been spectacular in the competition.

     Prime has hailed the new hero in the form of their team goalkeeper Adejare Adeniyi, after he has saved the Osun darling team from Federation Cup humiliation.

     The 22-year-old has sharp reflexes in goal and

    he has so far been one of the revelations of the on-going Federation Cup.

     Adejare has been the saving grace for the Omoluabi Giants in their four Federation Cup matches which they have won via spot-kicks.

      Prime fans watched in disbelief as the Ogbomosho-born goaltender has saved shot after shot from the spot-kicks to keep the 2012 Federation Cup Giant Killers in the Federation Cup.

     He was instrumental to Prime defeating Elkanemi Babes in Round of 64, edging out last year finalist, Warri Wolves in Round of 32, First Bank in Round of 16 and also repeated same magic wand against Gateway United.

     The former Crown FC safehand has saved 10 penalties for Prime in 20 penalties he has faced, having been doing well in training with the penalties.

     When time went in the right direction for every one of the penalties he faced, he is always optimistic of saving no fewer than two kicks a feat which he has been doing since he was in secondary school.

     “I thank God for my form so far. It has been the will of God but, I have been a keen penalty stopper since I was in secondary school and stopping spots kicks as always been part of me but, I thank God for the performance of the team so far," he said.
