Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Head of Protocol, Ibrahim Abubakar has been shot dead at his Abuja home the NFF has announced.
Abubakar's death was announced by the NFF via its Twitter handle today.
"Abubakar was shot in the wee hours of Wednesday, it's said that the attackers believed to be armed robber shot him him at his Abuja home. His remains is being taken to Kaduna for burial".
