The Nigeria Football Federation has concluded arrangements to organize the esteemed CAF License ‘A’ Coaching Course – the highest workshop for coaches in the African continent.
NFF’s Assistant Director (Technical), Mr. Abdulrafiu Yusuf, told thenff.com on Monday that the much –awaited CAF License ‘A’ course will start on February 21, and last for four weeks.
“This is a course that most Nigerian coaches have been looking forward to. We have notified the Confederation of African Football and we are making all necessary arrangements to have a successful program.
“The forms are now available for sale at the Accounts department of Nigeria Football Federation. It is important that interested and qualified persons pick up their forms sale to help our planning,” said Abdulrafiu Yusuf, a former Nigeria international player.
It would be recalled that the NFF has conducted a number of CAF License ‘C’ and CAF License ‘B’ coaching courses over the past five years. But this is the first CAF License ‘A’ course to be conducted.
The latest was a CAF License ‘B’ coaching course that took place November 15 – 29, 2015 and attracted about 80 participants.
