The first round of the 2014/2015 Nigeria Professional Football League has ended in Kaduna with Nasarawa United FC as table leaders.
The tournament held at the Ahmadu Bello stadium Kaduna provided a good ground for the four Nigeria representatives in CAF clubs competition to showcase their soccer prowess ahead of the Mid February kick off.
Nigeria League "Record Brokers" Nasarawa United, Peoples Elephant Enyimba FC of Aba, "History Makers' Akwa United and Seasiders Warri Wolves are expected to continue to trade tackle in the second round of the super 4 billed for Uyo in Akwa ibom state from February 1st-5th 2016.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the League Management company (LMC) Mallam Shehu Dikko on Sunday nite hosted all the football stakeholders to a dinner held in his residence in Kaduna, in the aftermath of the Super 4 matches.
Members of the NFF, state FA chairmen, LMC Directors, Members of the Club Owners, Referees, Match commissioners, coaches, players Union members, other stake holders of the football family were at the dinner which lasted late night amidst plenty of food, drinks and superb musical extravaganza to cool off football tension.
