Super Eagles and Stoke City forward, Peter Odemwingie has revealed that his surrey on his injured knee went well.
The former AS Racine of Lagos player picked the injury unchallenged in Stoke City famous 0-1 win against Manchester City at the Etihad. Odemwingie revealed on Twitter on Tuesday night about the surgery after the Potters victory in a League Cup match.
“Heard we won and @ Muniesa92 scored twice! What a day and win!! More good news for us potters as my surgery today also went well,"Odemwingie tweeted
Odemwingie who is currently with his third English Premier League team, (West Bromwich Albion, Cardiff City and Stoke City) is expected to be out for the better part of the season.
