The Association of Professional Footballers of Nigeria will meet with the leadership of the Nigeria Professional Football League Clubs Owners/Managers Association on the 19th of September 2014 in Warri Delta State.
The meeting will serve as a most veritable platform for both bodies to deliberate on matters of mutual benefits and concern bothering on wide range of issues affecting the administration of football and general welfare of Nigeria players.
The crucial role of clubs and players to the overall development of the game can not be over emphasised. The players Union wants both bodies to come up with initiatives and innovations in a cooperative fashion in securing the sustainable growth of Nigeria football, especially at the league level. This is the first time both bodies will be meeting in such official capacity
