Fans of the Super Eagles based in Uyo will have a first hand feel of the Eagles in their town.
The newly constructed stadium in Uyo has been approved by the NFF president, Amaju Pinnick after an inspection tour of the stadium to host the African Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and South Africa. The match will be the last in the qualifying series and the newly built 30,000 capacity stadium will host the match.
Pinnick confirmed on Thursday after

The two top clubs in Uyo might enjoy the facility as it is expected the both Akwa United who feature in the Nigeria Professional Football League and Akwa Starlet who feature in the Nigeria National League will use the stadium as their home ground.
