We started the journey from Ikorodu league then to the State league however the romance got better with fans identifying with Bolowotan FC when we got to the Nigeria Natiowide League division 3(NNWL).

Trust the Oga Boys, we gained promotion to
NNWL division 2&1 spending a season each in those leagues.

Do you all remember when we stunned everyone in the FA Cup now known as the Federations Cup. We got to the quarter final stage losing to Enugu Rangers at Samuel Ogbemudia stadium in Benin.

Our journey in the Nigeria National League (NNL) the second tier league in Nigeria didn't last long but it was really memorable.

We gained promotion from the Nationwide League, a third level of league in Nigeria. We topped group A to secure promotion. At that point it was obvious that we shall experience the usual trend of gaining promotion but events we didn't expect took place.

Bolowotan started the NNL(2012/2013) journey at home against Unicem Rovers of Calabar, that being our first game at that level, the match ended in a draw.

Our fans have always shown their passion, commitment and love for the Oga Boys and that showed in practical terms when we sold our replica jerseys. As at today we still see fans repping the club in our jerseys even when we aren't featuring in any league.

Due to heavy financial commitment required to prosecute matches in the NNL we had to bow out when some intending sponsors didn't show up early enough however the club thought it wise to keep the slot in Lagos and choose to give it to MFM for free.

We promise our fans that Bolowotan FC will come up soon in one of the leagues...

We love you all and we do appreciate your love and commitment.Up Bolowotan FC!!!
