The Nigeria National League before week six games has punished two other teams for various degree of misconduct, Jigawa Golden Stars and Abia Comet have been punished earlier.
In a week six match between 3SC and Prime FC of Osogbo, according to NNL in a
letter signed by its secretary, Lawrence Katken, the official match reports indicated that fans manhandled officiating officials before and after the match.
According to the NNL, the host team (3SC) has flouted the rules and regulations of the game and there for fined the sum of N200,000.00 (two hundred thousand Naira only) which must be paid within three weeks.
In related Development, the NNL warned both the management of Shooting Stars Sports club and the Oyo state football association to hence forth provide adequate security before during and after every home games or face an even stiffer sanctions.
