Players and officials of Osun United Football Club have arrived National Youth Development Centre, Ode Omu for intensive pre-season and screening exercise ahead of the 2016/2017 Nigeria National League season.
A statement from the club Media Manager, Tunde Shamsudeen, stated that the camping is to enable for proper blending of the new and old players for Coach Duke Udi to have a formidable team ahead of the new NNL season.
The former Anambra United Media Officer, stressed that the Omoluabi Giants will use the time in camp to improve on the team game, and for the players to receive technical and functional training for basic skills, along with position play.
He said the old and new players will also be subjected to developmental drills, focusing on coordination and understanding of their roles as a player.
