  • Lagos FA Get Busy, Release November Programmes

    The board of the Lagos State Football Association, LSFA rose from its emergency meeting held last weekend at the Boardroom of the LSFA at Onikan Stadium,Lagos, releasing the Programme of activities for the month of November.

    The release after the meeting shows that there will be a Referees Seminar on the 9th of this month to be followed by the seminar and Draws of the 2013 LSFA/Boska Cup on Monday, November 11,2013. The  seminar which will see papers presented on the Rules and Regulation of the championship, Laws of the Games, Medical and Club Licensing, with the draws for this year's edition coming up after the seminar.


    Tuesday 12th will see the LSFA hosting the Media Briefing for the 2013 LSFA/SkyeBank Oba Cup which is at the quarter-finals stage, the quarter-final matches will hold the next day, Wednesday, November, 13, 2013 at the Agege Stadium, Agege. The 15th of the month has been picked for the semi-finals of the Oba Cup, while the finals comes up on Thursday, November, 21, 2013 at the legendary Onikan Stadium, Lagos.

    Monday, November, 18, 2013 is earmarked for the kick-off of the LSFA/Boska Cup at the divisional level,

    The LSFA will also this month host the South West Zonal Under-13 Federation Cupbetween the 22nd and the 24th of this month at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

    The month's Programme will end with the LSFA Annual General Assembly, AGA starting on the 25th to 26th of Novermber, 2013 at the State government's, Chalets in Badagry.

    "We have a very crowded Programme for this month, but be rest assured that we are capable, it our job to keep our youths busy through football and we are not looking back". Mr. Tade Azeez, the LSFA Vice Chairman submitted.
