  • Warri Wolves Promote Two, Retain 23 Players

    Warri Wolves FC have announced the promotion of two players from the Feeder team and also retained twenty three players as the Seasiders prepare for continental battle.

    Warri Wolves will represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup, the club mentioned in a release on Thursday that two players from the
    club's Feeder team,  Obodo Martins and Akpoveta Ojevwe have been promoted to the senior team while 23 players were retained from the previous squad from last season. 

    Among those retained are Okiemute Odah, Daniel Akpeyi, Tega Iriose, Goodluck Onamado, Joseph Eyimofe, Oke Ogagatewho, Monday Osagie and Gbolahan Salami.

    Others are Bright Akpojuvwewho, Michael Egbeta,Etebo Oghenekaro, Joseph Osadiaye, Omoforman Freedom, Stanly Dimgba Abu Azeez, Ibenegbu Ikechukwu, Ichull Lordson, among others.

    The management of the Seasiders also confirmed that three players have joined the Delta based team from Sunshine Stars of Akure (Solomon Kwambe), Crown FC (Onyekachi Okafor) and Akwa United (Kufre Ebong ).

    Mean while, the officials of the club will resume on Friday, January 11 while the players will resume on Sunday, January 11.
