Plateau United defender, Elisha Golbe has stated that the Jos outfit is focused on getting more points as they work towards becoming 2017 Nigerian champions.
The dead ball specialist who has scored five goals, four from set piece this term believes that getting more points is important just as his team team takes each match as it comes.
“We need to gather more points, take each match as it comes and stay focused,” Golbe told Footyalert
“The most important thing in the league is the number of points a club gets and that's what will produce a winner.”
“By the grace of God we shall do all that we can be crowned champions this season. We are just a match to the end of the season and we hope to continue with that pace when the second round starts.”
