In form Kogi United left back, Kingsley Emeka Iwuji is on the wish list of top Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL clubs in the ongoing mid season transfer window.
The likes of Abia Warriors, ABS FC, Elkanemi Warriors and Katsina United have made formal inquiry to engage the services of the Enugu born wing back.
A top official from the Confluence state club stated on condition of anonymity noted that Iwuji may leave the club any time soon as clubs are short of creative left foot player which Iwuji fall fill in well.
"Various clubs have been asking for Iwuji whether he can join them this midseason, but they have not contacted us officially," the source told Footyalert
"Though nothing concrete yet, but it's understand Abia Warriors and ABS have asked about him and his qualities, and it seems they may take their interests further soon."
"He's a good player in his department, a left back with a modern technics, and can also do well in outside left, it won't be a surprise thing if he goes to any of these clubs."
When asked about his intending departure to these top clubs, the fresh graduate of Public Administration from Kogi State Polytechnic distance self from the talk despite admitting that it would be his joy to get a chance in playing top flight football in Nigeria.
"You're telling bro, I'm not aware of anything, but it's possible, I don't want be involved in such for now, you know we just starting the season and we are yet to found our rhythm yet."
