Sunshine Stars' midfielder, Samson Kehinde Adedipe has talked up his side's chances of grinding a decent result in their match day 19 of Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL against Lobi Stars on Wednesday.
The match billed for Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi will be among the last fixtures to end the first stanza of the 2016/17 NPFL season. It will also be Coach Augustine Eguavoen's acid test since taking over the reign at the Owena Waves few days ago.
The midfielder has envisaged a happy ending first round for his side even as he predicted a tough duel against Lobi Stars, who have just unveiled Coach Solomon Ogbeide - who last handled Sunshine Stars- as their new gaffer.
"It's going to be big game against Lobi with lots of expectations, but I see us getting something here, if we can build on what we did at home in our last game (against Remo Stars) we will stand a good chance to claiming a good result here," Adedipe told Footyalert
Asked about the arrival of Equavoen to tinker the team, Adedipe said: "It's nothing new per say, we are used to situations like this, I believe his personality would help us do better as a team, he's a gentle man that knows his onions, he has managed the high concentration of players in this country with the Super Eagles, so I believe his prowess and statue will be a plus for us," he said
