The 26-man delegation of the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire flew into Kaduna on Thursday afternoon for Saturday’s 2014 African Nations Championship qualifier against Nigeria.
Coach Norbert Saraka has picked
18 players for the encounter that starts at 4pm at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium.
The Elephants were recently on a tour of Ghana to prepare for the encounter, but Nigeria’s Head Coach, Stephen Keshi, says his boys are battle ready to win this first leg convincingly.
The Ivorian delegation, led by Koffi Roger Yao, includes seven other officials.
