The Nigeria National League (NNL) has responded to series of complaints in a meeting held on the 3rd of July 2013.
According to a communique of the NNL board meeting and duly signed by the chairman, communique drafting committee,
Hon Kunle Soname states that;
The board has postponed the week 29&30 games for two weeks to allow NFF disciplinary committee to dispense with outstanding cases and to allow out standing games be replayed.
In a bid to curb any funny acts in the last two matches the NNL resolved that the last two matches of the season shall be handled by Premier league referees and match commissioners.
With series of allegations and complaints of alleged match fixing, the NNL have also set up an investigative committee to look into the cases. The members include:
