Boboye looks to Compound Rivers United’s Woes

Plateau United coach, Kennedy Boboye is looking to take advantage of Rivers United poor form when they meet on Wednesday in a league game.

The Jos outfit gaffer though admitted that Port Harcourt feels like home but he has stated that the focus is to secure a win or at least a point the table toppers visit the garden city in a match day 16 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) tie.

The Pride of Rivers have recorded just a win in their last five matches and Boboye has revealed that he hopes to take advantage of their host poor form.

“Our motive has always been to be victorious so if we get the three points or a points will be good,” Boboye told Footyalert

“Hard work and discipline has brought us to where we are today. If you check my team, you'll notice that we have about three very experience players while the others are a bunch of players who are hungry, ready to work, learn, play to instructions and when you have a team that is ready to fight then the shouldn't be the limit.”

After my game, I pray they will come over it. Playing Port Harcourt is like I'm at home, you know that's my home town so I will feel relax playing against one of the best time in Nigeria.”
