Nasarawa Amazons forward Ikeh Ginika expects Osun Babes, Wednesday's opponents, to be a threat in the race to pick one of the two slots in Group B to qualify for the play offs at the end of the regular Nigeria Women Premier League (NWPL) season.
The Lafia side begin the season as favourites to finish in top two in the tough group, but the former Confluence Queens youngster she is impressed by the Oshogbo outfit.
"We have to start the season well can't disappoint the expectations of our fans," Ikeh told Footyalert.
"However, Osun Babes will be fighting, like us, in the group. They have become stronger with Edewor Precious and Seun Atanda now in attack.
"I think the game against them will be extremely difficult because it is our opening game of the season."
