The Nigeria Nationwide League, a third level football league in Nigeria have confirmed the teams that will feature in the NNWL 2013/2014 season.
In Division A,
Grays Int'l FC of Ede who sold their Nigeria National League slot to First Bank FC after gaining promotion will now feature in the NNWL. Atiba United, one of the teams from Oyo state will hope to increase the number of Oyo state teams at the professional level, already 3SC of Ibadan feature in the NNL while Crown of Ogbomoso will feature in the Nigeria Premier League. Ogbomoso United, another Oyo state team are in group A of the NNWL, Ajiroba Ooni from
Ife relegated from the NNL two seasons back and the Osun state team will battle for promotion ticket this season. Another team from Osun state, Ila Oragun from Ife are in division A while Juvenile FC (Ilaro), FC Ebedie (Abeokuta), Peace Markers FC (Akure), Crime Fighters FC (Agege) and Afijio United FC from Ilora Oyo state complete the teams in Division A.
Division B,
These states will battle for the two promotion slots in the group.
Rivers State- Gokana FC of Omoku, Delta State- J.Atete FC of Otu Jeremi, Enyimba Feeders FC of Aba, Abia State, Crime Busters of Enugu, Enugu State, Rivers state- Ambassadors FC of Porthacourt, Benue state- Lobi Junior FC, Benue state- Apa United of Otukpo, Imo state- Bussdors United FC of Nkwere, Ondo state- Rising Stars FC of Akure and FC Lokoja from Kogi State.
Division C,
Ten teams from the North central will battle it out in group C.
Kwara state- Kwara Feeders FC of Ilorin, Police Machine FC of Abuja, Zamfara state- Dallatu United of Gusau, Boro United of Kaduna, Kebbi state-Magajinrafi FC from Berin Kebbi, NIMC FC of Abuja,Kaduna Bees FC from Kaduna, Niger state-Bida Lions FC of Bida, FC Abuja from Abuja, Jigawa state- CBN Cashless FC.
Division D,
In this group at least one out of the four teams from Gombe state should pick a promotion ticket.
Plateau state- JUTH FC of Jos, Court of Appeal from Abuja, Kuje United FC from Abuja, Gombe state- Flash Flamingos FC, Adamawa state- Makwada United from Numan, Gombe United- Yarmalight FC, Gombe state- Doma United FC, Yobe state- Yobe Desert Stars FC of Damaturu, Bauchi state- Young Elephant FC and Gombe Warriors FC from Gombe state.
