Really, the quarter final match in the African Nations Championship (CHAN) between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Atlas Lions of Morocco reminds one of the come back the Flying Eagles of Nigeria did against USSR at Saudi 89, FIFA under-20 World Cup.

The drama happened at the Cape Town Stadium, a quarter final match in the ongoing CHAN where the Super Eagles of Nigeria came back
from three goals down to book a semi final place with a 4:3 win.

Mohsine Moutaouali got a brace while Mouhsinne Iajour made it a 3:0 lead as at half time.

The Super Eagles showed that mental strength in the second half as Ugonna Uzochokwu and Rabiu Ali scored a goal each in the early stage at the restart. Ejike Uzoenyi's cracker in the 90th minute made sure the game went into extra time.

Mohsine Moutaouali had a chance to put the Moroccans ahead in the very first minute of extra time when he broke down the right and took a shot, but Chigozie Agbim did well enough to save near the post but with a semi final ticket at stake, substitute Ibrahim Abubaka put Nigeria ahead just 10 minutes into extra time to finish up a remarkable come back.
