"We have to take the game one at a time and it's not yet time to celebrate. My immediate focus is now on the match against First Bank at the Agege stadium, Lagos and not the promotion to NPFL," Allen told Footyalert

Bayelsa United are currently on top of the Nigeria National League (NNL)
    B2.

Festus Allen who has previously managed top clubs in Nigeria most recently left COD United to Bayelsa United and he has revealed details about the target in his contract.

"It's stated in my contract that the target was to get promoted and i will ensure that my wards don't remain complacent in our last two games this season. In football anything can happen, we should not be laid back . A win in Lagos against First Bank will put us at a vantage point for a ticket to the NPFL," Allen concludes

The Restoration Boys who were Nigerian champions in 2008/2009 season, semi- finalists in the CAF Confederation Cup will hope to make an instant return to the top flight league after drowning in the NPFL red zone last season.
