    City of David Football Club came from behind to snatch a 3-3 draw at home to Prime Football Club on Saturday at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.

    COD were lucky to get a draw in the game thanks to Odunayo Oransaye, 96th minute goal.
    COD first goal came in the 25th minute from Odunayo Oransaye, who was allowed to turn brilliantly inside the penalty area with one touch before belting a left footed shot beyond Ayo Ojo.
    COD had the best chances of the first half that ended 1-0 in favour of the homers.
    The Omoluabi Giants came back stronger in the second half with the introduction of Victor Okeji and Fakayode Damola, and both made an instant impact as Okeji set up Fakayode to slot in a right wing cross in the 50th minute.

    COD second goal came in the 67th minute from a long pass which was left unattended to by Prime defenders who allowed Omoyeye Tosin to get it first before firing into an empty post after goal keeper Ayo Ojo had collided with him at goal bound.
    Prime came back into the game when Kehinde Adebayo left foot half volley rendered Emenike Paul in goal for COD helpless 78th minute.
    Former Shooting Stars and Remo Stars attacker, Adeyemi Adeyeye, made it 2-3 in the 81th minute when he curls in a left wing free kick to increase his season goal tally to 6.
    COD kept up their pressing game despite this setback, and looked to regain momentum immediately.
    Prime were on their way to the three points before Oransaye made it 3-3 in 96th minute with a clinical finish after a weak defending to ensured they shared the points.
    COD caretaker Coach, Kazeem Alabi, blame the unfavourable result to missed chances.
    Prime coach, Shina Afolabi, was pleased after the 3-3 draw, but says he felt upset that the refereeing decisions went against his team and aided two of COD goals.
    "It was a fantastic game, I think the second half was brilliant, so I am happy about the result of course because a point over COD is not a bad point."
    "I am disappointed about the second goal they scored because it was a clear foul, and I think the referee also assisted them to get the late equalizer, but in the end I am delighted with a point," Afolabi told PRIME FC MEDIA
    Prime will next weekend welcome Go Round at the Kwara State Sports Complex, Ilorin in one of Week 13 contest of the Nigeria National League.
