Portuguese club, SC Vila Real have secured the services of Ajadi Adebayo Lukman for a season.
The defensive midfielder, Adebayo Lukman, a product of Lagos base club, 36 Lion FC has signed a year deal with the Portuguese club who play in the third division. The strong and skillful player has pace in abundant and can function well as wild card.
Chairman of 36 Lion FC, Gafar Liameed informed Fooryalert that Adebayo was only fourteen when he joined his team.
"Adebayo Lukman plays in the central and defensive midfield but we use him as wild card because he can fit into any department in the pitch except being a goalkeeper. He was just 14 years old five years back when he was released by the chairman of FC Ebedei, Barr. Churchill Oliseh with the consent of his parents who trusted that he will continue his development at 36 Lion FC.
"The move is strategic, we want him to play there for just for a season and by the special grace if God he would move to a division one club next season. His strength is amazing, a 20Km marathon was about to get started when we got to Portugal and interestingly he said he would like to participate, he did participate and finished the race,"Gafar Liameed told Fooryalert
