On the first of June 2016 , the suspension of Abdullahi Biffo for anti - club activities took effect .
To avoid speculations . two days later , it was announced by the Chairman of the club management committee . Alhaji Adamu Aliyu to journalists in Minna that Biffo is on suspension .
" It is true that our technical adviser is on suspension for anti-club activities for taking a player for trial in United States of America and diverting such to Ifeanyi Ubah FC of Anambra . The technical adviser will continue to receive his salary until the management decides otherwise " .
The news of his suspension was received with mixed reactions .
Disgusted by the step aside directive given to the Kwara born coach over his alleged role in the transfer of Ismaila Gata to FC Ifeanyi Ubah is the head of Niger Tornadoes Supporters' Club , Ibrahim Dantata Bosso.

" l left Niger Tornadoes because of unforeseen circumstances . They gave me a letter of Suspension that did not state clearly my offence . They claimed I was talking to other clubs and also taking their players to other teams "
He further revealed emphatically .
" The letter given to me states in the last paragraph that they will call me for further directives but for two months , they did not get back to me . I have no other options than to resign and I know fully well that my service is no longer needed . "
Abdullahi Biffo also states the reasons why his resignation linger than expected .
" One funny thing is that during the suspension , anytime they pay salary and bonues . I get paid , so I was thinking I will soon be recalled . A lot of people know how I and the management sacrifice to make sure the club gets to the premier league " He concludes .
